These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JSON-LD Schema Generator at schema.snapstatic.io ("the Service"), operated by SnapStatic. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Description of Service

The JSON-LD Schema Generator is a free, browser-based tool that builds JSON-LD structured-data markup from details you enter, with a Google rich-result preview. The Service runs entirely in your browser — no data you enter is sent to or stored by our servers. No account or registration is required.

2. Free to Use

The Service is provided free of charge. There are no paid tiers, credits, or purchase requirements. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue features with notice posted on the Service.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the generated markup will be valid for every schema.org type, accepted by Google, or that it will produce rich results in search. You are responsible for validating the output (for example, with Google's Rich Results Test) before deploying it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Automate requests in a way that places unreasonable load on the Service
• Attempt to probe, scan, or exploit the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law
• Circumvent or interfere with any security or access controls

We reserve the right to block or rate-limit access for any user who violates these rules or abuses the Service.

5. Your Responsibility for Generated Output

You are solely responsible for the schema markup you configure and for how you deploy or use the generated output. SnapStatic has no visibility into how you use the output and accepts no liability for the consequences of deploying it on your website, including any impact on search engine indexing or rich-result eligibility.

6. Intellectual Property

The markup you generate belongs to you. The SnapStatic name, logo, and Service design are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our trademarks or branding.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapStatic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of search visibility, or business interruption. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed zero dollars (USD $0.00).

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

10. Changes to These Terms
